If they log in and see the landing page the problem is not with Kuali Build, it is with the URL or the specific app that the user was asked to complete.

3. What is the URL they are using?
e.g., https://tufts.kualibuild.com/app/67acccedeaaa6c027dd0981a/run
4. Who sent them the link to fill out?
Common issues include using an incorrect URL, they do not have the appropriate privileges, or they are not one of the content owners.
Generally, begin by first sending them back to the person who sent them the link if they have any issues. If that person is unable to assist, the app owner should reach out to the Kuali Build Support Team, or transfer the ticket to this ownership group.
