Issue:
If you log in to Qualtrics and before the home page fully loads you receive a “Forbidden” error message:

Action:
This error occurs when a browser is trying to open a previously cashed session. The fix is to clear your cache & cookies or open Qualtrics in an Incognito/Private window.

Contact Qualtrics for assistance by following these steps:
- Go to Qualtrics Support.
- Click Contact Support in the top right
- Click Sign in with SSO

Enter tufts for the organization ID and click Continue.
- Log in with your Tufts username and password
- Click Get Technical Support

Choose Survey Platform
- Scroll down to choose a support method (email, chat, or call)
