If you're new to Tufts or a student worker, this is a quick reference for connecting to WiFi, email, printing, and Duo 2FA authentication.

Connecting to WiFi
Which WiFi Network should you use?
- If you have a Tufts username & password, use the network:
- If you don't have a Tufts username & password, use one of these networks:
- If you have a .edu login from another educational institution: Eduroam
- Otherwise: Tufts_Guest (you'll need to connect and then open your browser to accept the terms)
Are you having difficulty connecting to WiFi? Try these common fixes:
- In your network / WiFi settings, choose to Forget network & then reconnect (be sure to choose to trust or re-trust certificate)
- Restart your device
- Register your MAC address

Email Setup
- Outlook:
- Mobile Integration (via Exchange).
- Server: outlook.office365.com
- For your username: Your Tufts email
- Domain: (Leave blank)

Printing
Access and Print from JumboPrint

- Students: Upload the file and select print
- Non-Tufts: JumboCash # as your username. Leave the password field blank.
Are you having difficulty printing? Try these common fixes:
- Print from a public computer using File->Print or a keyboard shortcut:
- Mac shortcut: Command-P,
- Windows shortcut: Ctrl-P
- Re-upload the file
- Try an incognito window
- Request refund by seeing the TTS student staff walk-up desk

Duo Mobile
From the TuftsTools website, choose Manage my 2FA settings.
- From this page, you can add or relink your device, change your authentication method from push to a call or text, and rename or remove a device.
- If you don't have access to your device, contact IT.
