I'm with the Tufts Medical Center (TMC) and need technical assistance; how do I contact the support desk?

Answer

The Tufts Medical School (Tufts University School of Medicine: TUSM) and Tufts Medical Center (TMC) are separate entities with separate technical support desks.

TMC employees:

• Have no privileges to Tufts systems except for Hirsh Health Sciences Library (HHSL) resources.
• May have a dual affiliation, managed by the Medical School Office, as a "Clinical Faculty Member". This allows them access to more electronic systems that they use in teaching or research.

If you are with the Tufts Medical Center and need technical assistance outside of A/V (classroom audio/visual devices), please contact the TMC help desk.

  • Please note that only users with internal TMC email addresses, which are email addresses that end in @tuftsmedicine.org, can email the TMC help desk.
