How do I connect to the Tufts Medical Center (TMC) VPN?

Answer:

There are two applications that Tufts Medical Center uses for VPN: Citrix Receiver and Checkpoint VPN.

• Please note that only users with internal TMC email addresses, which are email addresses that end in @tuftsmedicine.org, can email the TMC help desk.

Citrix Receiver

1. Install Citrix Receiver here.
2. Open Citrix
   2. Next to Server, enter: access.tuftsmedicalcenter.org
   3. It will then prompt for your hospital credentials.

 

CheckPoint VPN

1. Download the CheckPoint VPN Windows Installer here.
2. Run the CheckPoint installer
3. Select CheckPoint Mobile.

3. Click Yes to configure a new site.

4. Type VPN.tuftsmedicalcenter.org in the server address, and click Next. 

5. Enter your hospital credentials.
